What they cost:

The price of a KiwiBuild home depends on its size and location, and is set by the developer. Compared to the open market, KiwiBuild uses price caps to ensure KiwiBuild homes remain within reach of buyers like yourself all throughout the country.

The caps that apply to our currently available properties by size and location are listed below.

Studio or one-bedroom capped at: $500,000
Auckland & Queenstown Lakes
Three bedroom capped at: $650,000
